Becoming a Member:
Step 1. Get Started
If you are new to CrossFit, the first step to getting started is coming for a visit to meet the trainers, look at the facilities and have a go. CLICK HERE to book a FREE taster session.
Step 2. Book on a Fundamentals Course
Due to the nature of CrossFit, once you have decided to become a member we ask that you attend a fundamentals course prior to jumping into classes. The reasons being: Firstly, a lot of the exercises we use will be new to you, they can be technical and they do require proper coaching to ensure you can do them correctly and safely. Secondly, unlike a standard gym where you are left to work it out for yourself, we will teach you new skills and movements that will be most effective in achieving your goals. CrossFit is effective because it is demanding. On your Fundamentals Course you will gradually progress in preparation for full classes rather than being thrown in at the deep end. Our Fundamentals Course runs over two weeks and consist of four sessions. Courses start on the first Tuesday of every month. Step 3. Become a Member
Once you have completed a Fundamentals Course, there are a number of Membership Options outlined below. Armed Forces, Emergency Services are entitled to a 10% discount and NUS students are entitled to 20% discount on any of the membership options.
