Head Trainer and co-owner Matt is a former Royal Marine, having served with 45 Commando for five years. Matt has always been involved in physically demanding jobs and sports. Representing the Marines at Rugby League, he has gone on to excel in all manner of sports from triathlon to sport climbing.
Matt’s passion is now firmly fixed on CrossFit. As a qualified Sports Therapist, Matt prioritises movement quality over anything else to ensure members get the most out of training, whilst remaining safe and injury free. Matt thrives on educating members on how to look after themselves and optimise health through nutrition, mobility and smart training.
Head Trainer and co-owner Tom Harrison – With a thirst for fitness spanning over 20 years, Tom trained in a number of gym and outdoor based fitness programs before finding CrossFit and instantly fell in love with the intensity and variation that the training brings.
Tom’s passion is encouraging others to reach their goals through properly structured exercise and nutrition. Tom believes that the biggest improvements in fitness and quality of life are born out of community-based fitness with instructor-led classes that are specifically programmed for results.
